Reagan Eshleman
Training & TA Specialist
Before joining the HFA national office as a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist in 2023, she served as the State Director of Healthy Families Virginia (the HFA Multi-Site System in Virginia). Before that, she was a Technical Assistance/Quality Assurance Specialist with the Central Administration, a Program Manager for a local site and spent time in direct service work. Reagan is an Implementation Training Specialist.
Reagan has spent her entire career in the fields of families and children to include leadership around childcare resource and referral, parenting classes, childcare quality initiatives and family counseling.
She is a long-term HFA volunteer, serving on the Accreditation Panel member for four years and as a Peer Reviewer. Reagan loves seeing how all sites use the HFA model with their own ‘local flavor’.
Reagan Eshleman lives in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia with her large dog and her husband. They have a combined family of five adult children.
